Valued Porsche Community,

After 26 incredible years proudly serving this community, keeping 1000’s of Porsches on the road, it’s time to step down as Porsche Parts Queens, preparing to close our doors, final date to be determined.

Unless someone steps in with last-minute offers—because the growth potential is undeniable—I still hope the legacy can live on, greater than imagined.

This decision comes after seven years of perseverance following the sudden loss of our co-founder, Todd—Sara’s late husband, father to Tara and her three sisters. This business was our first “child,” and while it’s bittersweet to let go, we’re looking forward to the next unwritten pages of our story, time to close this chapter.

We are immensely grateful for your support, loyalty, and friendships over the past decades. Being part of this extraordinary community has been an honor, and the bonds we’ve built will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for Porsche’ing with us!

Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us to assist with a solution. We will gladly look into the best way to help resolve the issue and replace your damaged parts.
Warranty
All parts sold by us are warranted to be free from defects from the manufacturers material, and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration, race, improper use or improper installation will void this warranty. Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of LA Dismantler. Warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or damages, arising from the use of our products or parts.

All competition and racing parts are sold "AS IS" without any expressed warranty whatsoever and are non-returnable unless these items are authorized for return 48 hours after delivery and are returned in sellable condition (see returns). Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchases, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire cost of necessary servicing or repair.

The car/truck manufacturer's names are used for descriptive purposes only and in no way does LA Dismantler imply or lend a direct connection between LA Dismantler, its products, and said auto manufacturer.
Returns
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order for orders that meet the return criteria and are returned after 14 days but not to exceed 30 days. Returns that fall outside of the above listed criteria will be decided upon on a case-by-case basis. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You MUST notify us prior to returning any items - all unauthorized / un-notified returns will be refused and sent back. Items incorrectly shipped to LA Dismantler will be refused & returned. Items not purchased from LA Dismantler will not be accepted.

If we ship your order to you and it is undeliverable or refused by the recipient, then it will be returned to us for processing. Refused orders are costly in that they need to be picked, packed and shipped. LA Dismantler incurs the costs for shipping both to you and for the return to us. Upon return of your order to us, we will issue credit to you for the returned parts less the outbound and incoming shipping costs and a nominal restocking fee.
Core Returns
If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please contact us.

Please note:
  • - All fluids must be drained from the core
  • - Cores must be returned in the packaging or box used in the shipment of the order sent to you. If not returned in its original packaging, we cannot credit you the core charge.
  • - Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are non-refundable.
Received Incorrect Products
If you received a product that is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will review all inquiries on a case-by-case basis to promptly solve the issues.
